- 100 × 150 mm
- PCB material
- 2-layer FR4, 1 oz copper, green soldermask, 0.8 or 1.6 mm thick
- PCB finish
- Immersion tin
- Min feature size
- 50 µm / 2 mil (trace or pad width plus spacing)
- Typical process time
- 1 hour for a 60 × 60 mm board
- Vias
- 0.3 / 0.4 mm — flexible predefined locations compatible with most 2-layer PCB designs
- Through-hole components
- Supported using unplated pad holes
